Can I customise the text or number on this sign?

Yes — all our signs are made to order. Simply enter your required text, number, or room name in the personalisation box before adding to cart. For custom layouts or unusual fonts, contact us at sales@decamoda.com for a free mockup within 1 business day.

What material is this sign made from?

Our signs are made from 3mm weatherproof aluminium composite — a rigid, lightweight compound of polymer core bonded between two aluminium sheets. The face is overlaid with UV-protected, laminated vinyl print that resists fading even in direct sunlight. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

How is this sign installed?

Each sign ships with double-sided adhesive tape for fast peel-and-stick installation — no drilling required. For a more permanent fixing, screw-mount holes can be punched on request at the time of ordering.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Signs are custom-made to order. Standard production takes 2–3 business days. Delivery within the USA typically takes 3–5 business days. International orders generally arrive within 5–10 business days. For urgent fitout projects contact us directly for an expedited timeline.

Do you offer bulk or trade discounts?

Yes. Discounts apply automatically at checkout: 5% off from 5 units, 10% off from 10 units, 15% off from 50 units, 20% off from 100 units, and 25% off from 250 units. For projects requiring 500 or more signs, contact us for bespoke pricing and staged delivery options.

Are your signs suitable for hotels and commercial buildings?

Yes — our signs are commercial grade and widely used in hotels, serviced apartments, hospitals, schools, offices, and retail environments. The aluminium composite construction meets commercial durability requirements and the UV-protected print maintains clarity in high-traffic areas. Bulk fitout projects can typically be produced and dispatched within 2–4 days.

Can you produce signs that aren't in your standard catalogue?

Yes — we produce fully custom signs including non-standard sizes, custom colour schemes, logo integration, and bespoke layouts. Email info@decamoda.com with your requirements and we will respond with a free design mockup and quote within 1 business day.
