Damage from Shipping:
If your order arrives damaged, please send an image of the damage to email@example.com. Once verified, we’ll work with our delivery service to resolve any issues. In the meantime, we’ll reprint and send out your new product within the standard production time.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 14 business days. We will issue a refund for the cost of your purchase (excluding shipping).
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur and that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. If for any reason, you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. We will cancel all standard sign orders provided the order has not already shipped. Custom sign orders cannot be canceled after the print and manufacturing process has been completed. In this instance, shipping fees only will be refunded.
